  •  This listing features our beautiful rooted Ceropegia Woodii 'String of Hearts'. String of Hearts, also known as the rosary vine is very rare and highly sought after. It has trailing purple stems that form tubers at the node and beautiful white-pink-gray fleshy heart-shaped leaves.

Variegated String of Hearts usually bloom during summer and fall, but flowers may also appear at other times throughout the year. Variegated String of Hearts is a popular hanging plant for its lovely appearance and vining nature.

Special notice on this Variegated String of Hearts: Due to the high demand of this species, we need to take cuttings for propagation very regularly. Therefore all of the Variegated String of Hearts we have are quite short. The first photo is of the mother plant, none of the pots we have now is as full or long.

Warning: If you do not wish to receive such small plants, please don't purchase from this listing! We hope you understand that we need to take cuttings in order to create new plants for other String of Hearts lovers. We guarantee that all our String of Hearts are perfectly healthy and will grow their lovely strands quickly for your enjoyment.

When you purchase online, your plants have to go through lots of stress while traveling so they may need a few days to adjust to their new environment and thrive. If your plant does not perk back up after a few days of care, let us know and we will send replacements free of charge. Remember that we always try our best to accommodate you.
  • It’s advised that you should repot the plant as soon as you get it. After repotting, your new houseplant will most likely struggle with transplant shock. It may appear droopy, faded, or have a slower growth rate than usual during this time. This is completely normal, and it’s also normal for transplant shock to hit especially hard after repotting a brand-new houseplant. To make sure your plant has plenty of time to adjust to its new surroundings, wait a day after potting and water your plant. Make sure any excess water drains completely from the pot afterward. Monitor your soil’s moisture levels daily to start creating a watering routine. To help perk up your new houseplant, we recommend adding a little water-soluble fertilizer, compost, or sugar water to your soil to boost its nutrients and help it grow.

    Growing great!

This plant looked a little rough when it first arrived and I was worried it wouldn’t survive, but I gave it some water and put it in the window for a few days before repotting it, and it’s doing great now! It’s growing fast and looks healthy!
